My wife and I purchased a boat unseen. John held the boat with a deposit for us. We completed the sale upon arriving to Hawaii . Five months later after putting so some money into it, we decided to sell. John was able to sell the boat for us. We asked for a money order, which we got right away. We used Fed Ex to mail it to our bank, Fed Ex lost it. We got John to cancel it. Most if not all banks have a 90 day hold on money orders. John responded immediately and got the money to us when the 90 days were up. John is laid back, easy to talk to, and is sometimes on island time. He was there when we needed him the most.
